Sorry, but I'm going to be "that guy"... they're both unhealthy. All carbs are converted into glucose aka sugar. Cereal is just stale little donuts, change my mind.

These "family sizes" keeps getting smaller and smaller every year. Does General Mills thinks our family is shrinking in size and appetite? This recent " family size" is what used to be the regular size back 10 years ago.

This is a common tactic used by processed food companies all over the world: keep the same or similar price but reduce the cost by shrinking the content to keep margins the same or similar.

Can't recall offhand, but all the stores I normallly visit have these 2for1 regularly and when they do, the price per box is lower than the store's generic.
