Looks like it's only IL stores that got the $10 off $20 coupon. Would be interesting if this works in a non IL store, hopefully someone can test it out!

No, you should be able to show the QR code on your phone to the cashier and they can scan it. I usually use the automatic dash cart they have at the store and scan my coupon (QR code on my phone) after I sign in and most of the time you don't even have to reach the $20 or $40 limit before it automatically take $$ off.
