My daughter loves these and 2 out of the past 3 she opened up had smudged face paint and had alot of black dust/dirt all over the head. It's like they had been stored in the dirty warehouse for awhile before packaging. My daughter doesn't care since these are made to be played in water, but I'm just glad I for this deal as I would be a little more irritated if I had paid full retail for something that shouldn't have passed quality control before being wiped down at least.

Nothing is GUARANTEED....you could buy 4, and COULD get 2,3, or 4 the same. It's a crap shoot. It seems only the "special" ones are the same. Like the frontline worker ones were the same
