These kinds of lights always seem like a gimmick until you actually install them. But i put these up in my home bar and it really ups the ambiance.

No, syncing with a tv or computer would require a product like Philips hue sync box for hue products or a Govee immersion light that uses a little camera mounted on your display.

Yup. I have no idea which one this is. If it's the lights in the tube then it is a horrible deal. If it is the actual neon rope light then I will buy quite a few of them at that price even though they aren't Bluetooth. I'm not in the mood to gamble right now though.
