Battery only. I have this and a ego 580 and 765. The Milwaukee is my go to for blowing anything around the house due to the amount of batteries I have for it's platform
We get a lot more than 10 minutes out of a 5ah. If you just locked the trigger on mine would still run longer than 10 minutes. Normal use I get more than 20
I don't get 10 mins of continuous use with a 5ah. I have multiple 5ahs and 6ahs I used on this and I get 10 mins of intermittent use turning on and off often when I move around my yard. I always set it on high mode though.
I dont get hours of run time with a 5 ah battery, but i do get closer to the 30-40 min mark. you should look into that.
The blowers are also meant to be paired with an HO battery, they have different cells that last longer on high amp tools like the blower or grinder. worth looking into.
I have used multiple 5ah and 6ah batteries with similar results.

I placed an order with the blower shipped to my home and the battery set to pickup in store. The website only allowed me to cancel the blower, while the app only allowed me to cancel the whole order. I contacted support and was told only the entire order could be cancelled.
Buuuuut, if you wait a little bit, the order should move the blower to a state of 'in processing' and says it can't be cancelled, BUT the cancel button is still there in the app. Hit that and the battery will be cancelled while the blower remains.

Ship the blower to home and set the battery for pickup, then cancel the pick up order or don't pick it up and it'll be canceled after 7 days.
