Ha, we're trying to do Pax systems in our bedroom and closet. Frames came in stock last week, drawers this week, shelves hopefully next week... Then it's hope we can get the miscellaneous pieces soon after.
The IKEA team member told us to set in-stock alerts on items we want. Then when you get the message, be at the store at opening that day. I've also had luck with doing pick and pull orders right away after getting the in stock alert. That way you have 24 hours to grab the order (so long as they actually can fill it.)

And also when they say excluded from click and collect---are they basically saying it doesn't work at all, for online purchases unless you choose to ship it to your house?
I'm looking at a specific dresser, that will never return...š
