I got the cold ready last month and it's a much more sturdy outer layer. For me, it was firm to the point of discomfort and I took them back. Just too inflexible for me and didn't want to take weeks to break in tennis shoes.

Can you still cut the cages in these? Ultraboosts tend to run narrow for me so I wear their uncaged ones

I have the "Cold RDY" ultraboost. I like the shoes. Good grip. I think it's sturdy. The finger loops aren't sewn on well. During the winter my feet froze. I would say it's not Cold RDY and more like Fall RDY or EarlySpring RDY.

Got size 12 and had to return today. They seem 1/2 size smaller than my older ultraboost. Too bad, I really like how comfy they are but it's really right around the top of my feet even without socks on.
