Funny how adidas design their shoes. Can't tell from first glance this one and the black ultra boost.

just looked at two shoes side by side. wow they indeed look exactly the same other than the sole of the ultra boost look more foamy.

Might be a slight exaggeration, but hes not wrong. Running is a pretty high impact exercise, it definitely doesnt hurt to spend a bit more money for a higher quality shoe, if you care about your body and joint longevity and all that noise. Even the link provided with "good" reviews still point out the lack of support and heel rub, 2 big deal breakers when it comes to a good running shoe

I got these from the last time there was a sale. (A few weeks ago.) I agree with the folks that say not to run with these. They're comfortable, but they don't have much in the way of arch support, and the cushioning is quite stiff.

For the price, they're a great walking/relaxing shoe, or for light activity which may include running. I'm happy with them! But if you want a dedicated running shoe, do your hips, knees, and feet a favor and get something of better quality.
