Yup i see that now too "XPS Desktop has increased in price from $881.99 to $930.99"
A rough est. say...
$320 CPU (can buy 12700K from Microcenter for $300 with $50 coupon)
$100 Dell MB (retail MB will cost more than this OEM, but often better too. Can sometimes find combo deals with CPU to make up for extra cost.)
$250 2x 16GB DDR5 4400 (if you can find it)
$100 Dell case & PSU
= $770
(+ SW...?)
(Update: raised est. for DDR5... hard to find for ~$200.)
I don't think the integrated graphics puts much tax on the CPU performance for most normal cases. The graphics is a seperate chip on the same die and it is not using the CPU cores for graphics.
Basic low end graphics are in the $50-100 range for stuff like GT 710 or 1030's. That money might be better spent on more memory or such.

I'd go with the integrated here and save the money.
