didn't realize how big and heavy it was. it's a pain carrying it in and out of the house.
also had trouble fitting it in the trunk of my model 3. it fits without pulling the seat down, but it's easier to just pull the seat down. even if you collapse the scooter, you still have to lay it sideways.

Reviews online are great. NIU has been manufacturing highly regarded electric mopeds for years and are popular in Europe and obviously China. I believe this is their first scooter release. I don't think there is anything comparable at this price for the specs you're getting. The electric scooter subreddit also had good things to say about this brand / scooter.
Only potential con could be self repairability as there are not as many replacements parts as more established popular brands like ninebot. I'm willing to take that chance and if an issue occurs see what dealing with NIU is like as they are an established legitimate company.
