Got it to work using the zip code trick in the previous thread

1. Open incognito/private window.
2. Use provided link
3. Change pick up zip code to 46530
4. Add items to cart
5. Change pick up zip code to your zip code
6. Checkout

They were out of stock on one item from my order but they are shipping it at no charge.

Got it work but one more trick is to sign into your account BEFORE changing the zip code and adding items to cart.
