Electrolyte is life saver when kids vomit too badly. Compared with the bottled version of Electrolyte:

powder is cheaper b/c you can make a fraction of a bottle each time, vs. you have to dump the entire bottle in 1-2 days after opening,

powder is also a must have when traveling with kids, especially to remote areas such as national parks, or oversea, where you might not find bottled Electrolyte or even pharmacies easily.

The only con is you have to prepare an empty bottle. and depends how well you mix it, it may not dissolve as nicely as the bottled version.

But 3x8 pouches are too much, although still a decent price after coupon.

You can make your own for pennies. Sugar, salt, liquid vitamin c. I use fruity teas for flavor. Easier to dissolve everything when hot. Make a big batch and put in the fridge.

Too bad there isn't any variety packs on sale, would pick up but would prefer each box to be different flavors

Stuff works good when you are a bit hydrated so yea.

The dollar twenty-five store has a version of the bottle stuff but I think you have to drink a few of them to be as effective compared to Pedialyte. (Less electrolytes per ber bottle) still not to bad If only slight dehydrated because of just the cost difference.

What's crazy is they now make a sports type edition of pedialyte for adults. It's just over priced gatorade with tons of added sugar.

A lot of these powdered drink mixes are getting out of hang. LMNT for example is a $1.50 for one pack. Or 4D drink mix is absurdly expensive too. At least a buck for 1 pack. 1 pack being 1 serving.

Perfect timing to take before my vacation trip. Never used it before for hangovers but reviews look good to combat them.
