Great knife, only real gripe i have with this are that the scales can be a lil slippery.

Rat-1 [walmart.com] is under $24, and Rat-2 [walmart.com] is under $25 at Walmart.

Solid knife for the money, better than a lot of the Kershaws for similar money. I didn't love the clip though. Its my mail opening knife at home.

There are D2 versions too.

One good alternative: the $20 Crescent that Lowe's sells. One big plus over this knife is the finger flipper, which works well. It's a heavier knife that feels solid in the hand, stays closed but opens very easily, and the pocket clip is better than most. And of it course it cuts and all that stuff.
