Good deal if you have this particular phone to trade in (ZF3). Bump it up to 256Gb for comparison. . . @ Sammy the ZF3 fetches $775 but not discounted much further, comes to $356 with ZF3 trade, TMO $50 carrier discount, and EPP discount. . . whereas the BB 256GB S22U would be $249.
For most other trades though @ Sammy is the better deal right now, like the FP S21U trade in deal. And don't get me started about screwed up BB trade in values online. . .currently it shows $320 for a black S21 which doesn't exist (it's actually a S21U misplaced in their system and should be $520 and was $620) though an S21U of another color and carrier fetches $520. S21+ fetches $390, and regular s21's whose color actually exist get $420. . .lolz

Checked it, trade in promotion applicable to T-Mobile Z Flip 3. Tried with unlocked and it is limited to $600.
BestBuy also has an in store deal for higher trade in values plus the $200 off they are currently selling the unlocked s22 Ultra, it matches Samsung $1000 trade in value for S21 Ultra. This is similar to the in store trade in deal they were running last year (or maybe on January, don't quite remember) for the Z Fold3. I think this is a good deal for everyone on the unlocked version, Also better trade in values for older phones like iphone 8 and such.
