I paid full price for this model (with the bigger screen) when it first came out. Overall the bike it very nice, I love the natural motion it makes while pedaling versus a stationary bike.
The issue with it is it's software. It's terrible and has continued to be terrible the full 1.5 or 2 years I've owned it. You also have to pay the $160/annual fee in order to use 3rd party software such as netflix, etc.
Overall I can't say I'd buy it again. Honestly it collects dust most of the time. If the software was better, this would be a steal but more often than not, you'll probably just want to use the bike and watch tv on your normal tv rather than their screen.

I don't think Pelatons work without a subscription

I would recommend getting at bestbuy for the installation
Also you have to buy the comfort seat from bowflex the one that comes with it, is really bad

Thanks for this! Truly helpful to hear feedback from someone who owns the bike. Is the software still terrible for the data functionality of the bike where it's tracking your ride progress? Or is it more-so just terrible if you want to use those third-party apps like Netflix or whatnot? We have a TV in the room we plan on putting an exercise bike in so I'm not sure if there's really a benefit to getting a bike with a screen... 🤔
Can the same be replicated on YouTube or via any other fitness app on Android TV?
