If the store is out of stock of the OP, the second offer J Hook only for $10 is a decent deal for delivered. $2 extra for delivery while saving almost 4% on sales tax for being rural is worth it to me. While the Clamp end will fit in most trailer tie downs, but require taping or whatever to splice ends together to stop from sliding apart, the J hooks will lock together in a splice. For most heavy loads, we often go under the trailer and over the load because there are never enough trailer tie downs where you need them to be and can also adjust the ratchet wherever it needs to.
And yeah, I wish I had a Menards within a 1000 miles of here but that's a whole other issue.
