Personally, all of these are basically identical, I doubt anyone has even bothered comparing them on YouTube because it'd be pretty hard to get different results that were noticeable from one brand to another. They're all basically giant hair dryers blowing on a basket with air vents and turning the heat element on and off... I'd get the Costco one just because return policy and larger, but other than that, they look the same spec wise.

Literally bought that one last night before this deal came up as a replacement for the Insignia air fryer that's being recalled. The Gourmia was missing one of the rubber feet and the tray is kinda finicky when trying to put it back into the air fryer. Not sure if it's just mine but it takes quite a bit of force to shove it in, almost like something's not lined up very well. There are also a million notes in the documentation (saw it on 3 separate documents included with it) that talk about how a plastic smell is "normal" when first using it. I tried it out for about 6 min and there was a noticeable smell, but maybe that would go away with time. However, since a rubber foot was missing and this deal popped up I'm just going to return the Gourmia and hope this one is better.
Smell never goes away in the gourmia 7 quart from Costco. Do not buy that.

Just use aluminum foil. In my experience it doesn't cook any differently
If you're going to use foil, remember to crumple it a lot before putting it in. Or better yet, cut a hole in the middle of it and form a donut shape.
The reason air fryers cook evenly is because of convection. If you block the airflow from the bottom, the fan becomes pointless and you just turned your air fryer into a toaster oven.

My insignia 5 qt analog also got recalled. But I haven't used it in months due to a broken timer knob, so it's junk anyways. Did buy the costco gourmia although haven't set it up due to lacking counter space and currently using a Bella pro combo air fryer/ toaster oven which works fine but is a hassle to clean

Thank you!
I am leaning towards Costco because of the return policy, also an additional 1.7 qts for only $10 more.

You shouldn't even scrub most of these as the teflon coating does not last.
