Pretty darn good price as these go pretty much everywhere for $24.99 but possibly ONE CAVEAT is that I read on here often about counterfeit razors on Amazon.

About this item
  • Fits all GilletteLabs razors: use with GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar and GilletteLabs Heated Razor
  • Incredible comfort and closeness: thanks to Gillette's best blades* *first four blades
  • Seamless efficiency: Gillette's sharpest blades* for a smooth shave with less tug and pull** *first 4 **vs. Sensor4
  • Ultimate precision: includes a trimmer on the back for hard-to-reach areas and precise edges
  • Environmentally friendly: these razor blades are fully recyclable with Terracycle
It's a relatively new product line and I haven't tried these yet, but ran across the item via a search because Walgreen's had a coupon for $10 off "Just for You" which would bring it down to $14.99, but obviously that price would only be good on one pack.

If the caveat doesn't concern you, it's a "sharp"-looking razor (LOL) as it comes with a stand when you buy the actual razor.

How are these? How long do the blades last?

I'm thinking about giving it a shot. I've tried basically every razor at this point, electric or otherwise and really just want a close shave that doesn't cause nicks or irritation.

Normally I wouldn't go mainstream, but Gillette seems to be the most commonly-used by people that depend on having a close, smooth shave.

Probably just another concept. Their first product was a heated razor and this one was described as "With an exfoliating bar built into the handle, this new razor removes dirt and debris from the skin before the blades pass, ensuring the skin is primed for a great shave, that's as quick and easy as washing your face." It also said it was their best blades. Take that for what it's worth.

I bought into the gimmick but when I started using it I was sold. I just use warm/hot water to get the warmed effect. Not sure on blade longevity but the cutting is extremely smooth and satisfying.

I know most won't like this comment, but the Fusion Proglide blades offer me the best shave. I have tried Harry's, DSC and a few others but the Proglide is the best. For me it is the blade that does not cause bumps and irritation. I really wanted to like Harry's, their orange handle is nice. But it's not about the handle.

Nothing wrong with what you prefer. I like that line as well. In many ways they are all the same, but some do a few things better and our skin can be different from person to person. I just thought this was a good price for a name-brand but still a bit higher than the $2/blade I prefer. Inflation "ain't" allowing those to return at least for a while.
