I've used this camera on zoom hundreds of times with the built in mic. Sounds quality is good.
Prob bc most ppl have no idea what that means, and without context it appears off topic or troll-y.

It's 3D printer related for everyone who doesn't know. https://octoprint.org/

Word of warning for Zoom and typical webcam use. It does not have a noise cancelling mic, so sound quality may be lacking.

This is a good webcam at a good price. Recommend if you need one for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Did you try it in a noisy environment?

Doesn't Zoom have its own noise-cancelling feature now? I'm sure it's not as good as actual hardware though. I've been using an old Logitech 720 camera for Zoom, but I use a separate $15 USB microphone. It only picks up what's right in front of it, which is nice because the AC unit is close by. Before that I used the microphone on the webcam, and it was fine but the only reason I stopped is because it developed a high-pitched whine whenever I'd unmute on Zoom.

Yeah its compatible, I use one. Don't know if the Logitech software works on M1 tho. Can't comment on mic quality because i use Airpods for meetings.

I've used this on several Teams meetings, and the microphone is fine. This is in an office where I shut the door for my meetings.

I'm surprised at the amount of people who don't use headphones for their calls

Agreed. Plantronics 5200 headset for noisy situations. This OPs c920 for closed door or quieter areas. I use both of these devices for teams, zoom, WebEx, Google meet depending on the situation I'm in. All seem fine. Win 10 environment.

This is incorrect. Zoom, Teams, and Hangouts (or whatever Google is calling this week) all have their own software based noise cancellation. The real problem for Mac users is FaceTime which does not. If you use FT often, you may want to look elsewhere for something with onboard noise canceling.

Check your Target Circle, I had a $10 off $70 which was also applied.
