Good phone with long battery life. I don't like Oxygen, and have been using custom ROMs since August. Only issue is the lack of storage and no SD card.

I did enjoy the 8 pro when I had it for about a month. Fast phone. Wasn't a fan of the curved screen though pretty much only can use a non-glass screen protector film.

Hard to give decent trade in value when they lower prices all the time on their phones. But yes 100$ for a 7t seems low.

FYI you can unlocked the Tmobile Oneplus 8 very easily, since you already paid off on Oneplus site, not on Tmobile payment plan

1) Turned the phone on without sim, but need to connec to WIFI

2) Went to Settings, Connections

3) Select Network Unlock

4) Select Permanent Unlock

5) Done

6) Update to Android 11

not working any more. I have 8T. you have to stay with tmobile for 30days to unlock
