I have the Amex offer but the offer is for $600 + spend. Maybe if some one wants to buy with me.

I bought Latitude in 2015. It is working well right now. A fan has been quite loud for one year. Fan may be worn down or new window OS update is heavier than 5 years old OS.

This one is $350 + $10 shipping - $50 gift card. Similar specs but it is touch screen and not fully HD.
Other specs are same as the Dell one.
