I am on $30 monthly 30GB unlimited talk and text plan. I can use all my quota 30GB for Hotspot. No additional charge.

When I use them 6 months ago, hotspot was additional. But then because my phone was rooted, it bypassed that. Their LTE plan is no better than visible when it comes to prioritization. I was at an event several times, and my phone was pretty useless.

No 2G data after data allowance - hard cap.

Is this a new plan (renewal @ $30) or is it a discounted SIM kit?

New plan with free sim. It looks like it comes with two sims, out of which we can choose either the black or white one. After your 3 months, the 5 GB plan is $15/month.

If after 3 months the price is $15/mo, this is NOT a new plan (5GB @ $15 plan has been available) and is actually a STARTER KIT w/3 months included.

Some of their plans have hotspot included, others it's $10. Best I can work out it's NOT included in these plans, but happy to be proven wrong!
