I think its because 'they' say polyester is moisture wicking, and coolness may depend on the concentration? It could depend on other things too (like other fabric combos), but Under Armour has polyester "HeatGear [underarmour.com]" and "ColdGear [underarmour.com]" but it appears the difference is due to density, or something. So if a certain type of polyester were moisture wicking, lightweight, or 'cool', maybe cool cotton wouldnt be a bad name for it?

They could call it a miracle fabric, the coolest fabric but it is incorrect to call it cool cotton with that concentration but I get it they need to sell Smilie
