Be careful because sometimes I get CVS and Walgreens emails to get $$$$ for free and their scams. don't use the emails that you get sent to open your CVS or Walgreens accounts as they just want your passwords and to see if you save your credit card or PayPal information in there.
the same BS like most walgreens offers.
clicked the link while logged into my walgreens account
saw the active $6, clipped it, added $16 item for local p/u
on an in stock item - got to the final checkout page
still no $6 anywhere...
bah, why do i waste my time on these charlatans.

It doesn't appear in your account until AFTER you pick up the order. I use them all the time and have yet to have a problem.

Beware they are scams.
I clipped this $6 coupon and purchased $10 worth of stuff. Didn't receive a dime back from the coupon in rewards or Walgreens bucks
sorry, but there is no mention of this at all during my checkout attempt.
i buy from target all the time where they give you a $5 gift card towards
your next purchase, and they make this crystal clear throughout checkout.
i also saw that second 5/8 coupon for $6
but now i know it's just a gimmick to get
you back on their website like a good
little toadie.
I guess it's a tad difficult when you won't read the coupon you clipped. It's right there as plain as the nose on your face: "Make 1 purchase of at least $10 and earn $6 in Walgreens Cash rewards. Rewards good on future purchases. $10 purchase requirement must be met, before taxes and after discounts, store credit and redemption dollars have been applied. If a return reduces a qualifying transaction below $10 purchase requirement, transaction no longer qualifies for this offer. Excludes photo orders not picked up in store, alcohol, dairy, tobacco, gift cards, clinic services, prescriptions, pharmacy items or services and sales tax. Other exclusions apply. Must clip offer to myWalgreens account and checkout with myWalgreens. Void if copied or transferred. Rewards automatically applied upon completion of qualifying transactions. Opt–in does not obligate you to make a purchase. See complete details and rewards balance at myWalgreens.com."
i just don't trust walgreens on
a promise of some future discount
that depends on me clicking a box
then hides the fact that you did so
till well AFTER you have paid.

Your problems go way, way beyond Walgreens coupons.

If you can't tell the difference between spam and real you shouldn't shop online.
Disregard the negative comments from the peanut gallery.
Coupon good, I use these all the time.(this one begins tomorrow Sunday!)
Generally speaking, just read the details- discount is either on the spot but only appears once you commence payment, or it's a credit for next purchase. And read the terms for that- the next valid purchase can be right after or only after a certain date \ # of days.
Date very important!
FYI national drug chain coupons & specials usually commence on a Sunday \ end on a Saturday!
All that having been said, often these free dollar coupons not really worth it "at the drug chains"- their regular prices for most everything very high (thank your Dem leaders for messing up supply chain & legalizing shoplifting).
These free bux really only worthwhile when used to pay for discounted items (read the conditions- sometimes can only be used on regular-priced items), otherwise local deals often are much better- especially when you have OTC card.
