Any time the Nutrition label is not included in the Amazon pictures, it's always suspect. According to the user submitted pictures in the reviews for this product, it is made of the inferior cyanocobalamin instead of the vastly more bioavailable methylcobalamin. Also, that serving size is two gummies, so you only get half as much as you expect

I'm a huge fan of Now Supplements, family owned and operated and they strive to make the good stuff. We take this one, which also includes folate. The kids enjoy chewing it, but I just swallow it whole

Agreed. Also there are side effects to too much b12. Please check with a doctor before taking any unnecessary vitamins because it's a great price.
