I would wait for the 16 So many pizza ovens coming out I think there's going to be a lot of good deals on these and others in the future.

Question to those of you that own this. Where do you store it? Can it stay outside (New England weather for me). If not, do you keep in garage/basement?
I have ours on a stainless wheeled utility cart. I just throw a generic grill cover (King Kong brand) over ours.

We lived in VA and left it covered on our deck and now live in TX. Should be totally fine even in the snow.

We have this same oven and really love it.

Bought a used automatic bread machine specifically to make dough for this. Ingredients in and 2 hours later the dough is ready to go.

Useful tip : Flip the stone over at the beginning of each baking session.

This way any stuff (flour, toppings, corn meal) that got stuck on the stone will be already burned off for your next session.

Good price I paid about $230 for my 12" clone but would have probably ponied up the extra for a legit ooni

I pulled the trigger on this 12. I'm a total n00b with a pizza oven. I do however make pizza regularly in the regular oven. Do you have some websites you can recommend for using the koda 12? I feel like between this and the ice-100 ice cream maker I purchased earlier, our summer of pizza and ice cream is set!
Vito Iacopelli's videos on youtube are really good - especially the older ones, to get an idea of where to start. Also, Serious Eats website has a lot of intro videos to help get started. Pizza Making dot com (not sure if I can link directly here) has some hard core geeks on it - but really, the youtubes is a good place to start because reading about it doesn't give you a good idea on what handling a high hydration dough is like - it's a skill and looks easy when you watch a master do it... but it sticks like a mofo and you will have MANY failures. I would get so mad when things didn't work out just right - but now I have a margarita BEFORE I get cracking and then when I do mess something up, it's easier to cope lol.

Use more flour than you think you need when starting to help keep things from sticking (yes, it will burn on the bottom and be a little bitter... when your skills improve, you can fix that later), move quickly (mis en place), always give your wood peel a little shake before throwing your pie on the deck - because dealing with a mess on a 950' oven deck is no fun, and DONT turn your back... perfection to charred to a crisp / on fire is seconds.

If you get really into it, I have a really geeky pizza dough calculator [google.com] that I put on the forums / reddit a while back and still get requests from all over the world for - but it's probably for the next level geek using a ferment / poolish when making dough. There's a guy with a great free PizzaApp+ app on ios / android to help calculate your ingredients for basic dough.

Closest Costco to me is 70-80 miles. Every deal I see for these is with Costco. I live in Ocala Fl and we have Sam's and a BJs opening soon. Sucks, been waiting forever for a deal

I love my OG uuni with gas attachment that I cobbled together off FB marketplace. For real, Neapolitan-style lean dough pizzas you need an oven like this get anywhere close to authentic.

does anyone know if you can run multiple pizzas back to back? my biggest beef with my OG is that the stone loses too much heat in between bakes. I need a good 5 min or so to make sure it's back up to temp. I'm sure as soon as I know it'll be sold out anyway =D

Wouldn't it be nice the pictures include people so you have an idea of the relative size?
It's not really that big. Can fit on a small table or small stand. Go to ooni's website and you can find some.

It does Lose heat but not nearly as bad as the originals and it is definitely quicker to heat back up.

Does anyone have experience with the DoJoe for Kamado Joe? I just bought that last night. I was a bit torn. This looks more convenient, but having an all-in-one is also nice.
