For those who are interested in magnesium supplementation.

It's an "okay" price after the discount. You're paying way more because it's a soft gel, and after the discount its still a little more than your everyday price for Walmart brand/other cheap magnesium pills.

Honestly this is only a deal if you for some reason need or strongly prefer soft gels.

Magnesium super important, and modern soil has been so degraded by monocrop farming. This form of magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed however, you'll excrete most of it. Other forms such as mag glycinate are much more bioavailable although you have to take more pills to get the same dose of Mg. Highly recommended to improve gut health, sleep, and mental health. Mg is involved in hundreds of processes in the body.

Oxide is no good you can get a huge bag of bulk magnesium citrate which is way better for you and dose it yourself. I buy this and potassium citrate and take together.Bulk Supplements is the company on Amazon

Bulk Supplements magnesium is made in China. I won't buy from them for this reason but you might not mind.
