I do, and it's one of the things I like. I drink them after a long run or bike ride, or sometimes a half hour before. Not too much fiber so it doesn't cause any GI distress, and the protein and carbs help. Cheap "recovery" drink while I get around to a proper meal.

I kinda think you are being serious, so I'm gonna respond as if you are. I can definitely pronounce all of these, and guess what? They're all real food ingredients. If you're not sure what they are, then google them.

There have certainly been (and continue to be) ingredients that probably should be banned (and are in some countries), but none of these on here should put up any red flags IMO, outside of individual health concerns (diabetes, allergies, or intolerances).
