There are times when they go extreme and you can get 2 4ah for $50. Or like others post, sometimes it's buy a tool for $99 and get 2 4ah batteries for free. If you need the tool then in most cases that is a great deal. Ryobi goes on sale a lot so even if you miss this sale, it will come around again. I would know cause I have about 16 batteries and about 20 ryobi tools now, ha.

I ordered because this is a good deal on these batteries, and I was in need. But your comment is a good point. I think I'll leave them in the box and wait. Ryobi days will be within return period, so if there's a better deal, I'll just return and get whatever that deal is. Is it within reason to think we'd get 2 batteries and a tool for this price?

Usually it's 2x 3ah or 4ah plus a tool for $99. Last time I did that deal I got the string lights, which are awesome for my shed and was way cheaper than running electric out there.
