Everyone trying to cancel their non-TV items but keep the TV for the promo price is just screwing all of us. You people know what you're getting, quit trying to one-up Samsung. They'll just stop actually shipping these clear price mistakes if you continue.

I really hope that all of the people that are constantly calling customer support to try to price match a deal that is most likely a mistake don't screw those of us that did get in on the deal while it was active. I've missed plenty of deals by being late to the party, but I wasn't trying to screw every one that did. For once I was able to take advantage of a timely deal, but until my 75" 90A is on my wall, I won't get too excited.

Most of our TVs are a month from being received, so how about we move on and not tempt Samsung to cancel everyone's orders. Thanks.

In any case, there's verification elsewhere in the thread that you can cancel individual portions before they ship, assuming other items have shipped. I'm going to try once my TV is here, since the vacuum is on backorder.

No unfortunately we can't do partial cancelation. From my experience, tab from 1 order and monitor from one order were shipped and i wasn't able to cancel any of the other items that were due to be delivered in june.

When you say you can't cancel, do you mean you do not have the option? Or that, when you cancelled, Samsung threatened to recharge? I ask because I have the "Cancel Item" button next to my vacuum.

I do have the cancel option still enabled, but it wouldn't allow me to. Nothing happens when i click that, all it does is giving qn error unauthorized access.

This is for another order. I sent back the monitor and when they processed the refund, they said since you have the TV discount we are deducting it from the refund. So don't do a return, just sell it.

OK, I'm not getting the same error. I am, though, getting an alert that this item is part of a promotion. Given that everything else has shipped, I'm just going to try chatting with Samsung now and see what they say.

Last time during the tab s7 plus and vaccum promotion. i did return the vaccum, when i tried to return the vaccum it gave me an error that item is part of promotion and gave a refund of 0$, but i did chat with a representative, he/she assured me to return and contact back once the item is received at their ware house. I did do that and was able to get the partial refund at that time. It was a hassle though.

It's really tough to get partial refund from Samsung if you return promotional item. They usually say there is no refund so as per our system we can't refund you anything. I tried around 4 to 5 times different call last time in 2020 but nothing worked for my side so it's luck or YMMV
