Everyone trying to cancel their non-TV items but keep the TV for the promo price is just screwing all of us. You people know what you're getting, quit trying to one-up Samsung. They'll just stop actually shipping these clear price mistakes if you continue.

I really hope that all of the people that are constantly calling customer support to try to price match a deal that is most likely a mistake don't screw those of us that did get in on the deal while it was active. I've missed plenty of deals by being late to the party, but I wasn't trying to screw every one that did. For once I was able to take advantage of a timely deal, but until my 75" 90A is on my wall, I won't get too excited.

Most of our TVs are a month from being received, so how about we move on and not tempt Samsung to cancel everyone's orders. Thanks.

Damn i missed it....anyone still able to do this today?
You can still get some decent prices but they seemed to have cleaned up the extra discounts. I can't seem to find a monitor that brings the discount down as much and the vacuums don't seem to affect other prices.

Right now I see the following. You can add more and some items are discounted but the TV doesn't seem to go down any more. I played with a few different monitors and tablets.

75" Class QN90A Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV (2021) - $1637.99

24" CF396 Curved LED Monitor - $113.39

Last time during the tab s7 plus and vaccum promotion. i did return the vaccum, when i tried to return the vaccum it gave me an error that item is part of promotion and gave a refund of 0$, but i did chat with a representative, he/she assured me to return and contact back once the item is received at their ware house. I did do that and was able to get the partial refund at that time. It was a hassle though.
OK, chatting with Samsung confirmed: if I cancel the vacuum *now*, I get the full partial refund ($342.24). They offered me $34 to keep it. I am going to see if anyone I know wants it.

Does the TV go back to full price? If not that is great news, right? Cancel the vacuum for 342.24, tablet for 118.00 and in my case monitor for 242

The rep did not say anything of the sort, and I don't know how they'd do that anyhow, as this isn't a return, it's a cancellation. There was no mention of the promotional pricing for other items changing if I cancelled this item. I would immediately dispute that with my credit card if it happened, and I have screenshots and text of the exchange.

Agreed. Why bother with all this extra work? We got a great deal in the first place, and it's up to us to deal with the extra items. We went into the deal knowing this.

They won't let me price match since they need to see the "Total Savings" drop down like the below.

Part of my order is a Samsung Bespoke Vacuum for $342--basically $560 off MSRP, or 63% off. This is way, way below any reasonable sale they'd ever run. The vacuum was just released. If they ship this vacuum to me, they're losing money on it. Cancelling it spares them the negative margin, and it spares me having to deal with an item I do not want.

The monitors and tablets, yeah, maybe those are marked up enough that the 60% discounts on them aren't obviously negative margin. I'm still inclined to think it would help them if they didn't have to ship them out. But there's no way Samsung shipping me the vacuum is a good idea for them. They would need to have very, very bad accountants to decide that cancellations of items that are clearly sold at a loss is a bad thing. They're more likely to just stop shipping the items once someone who sees the bigger picture figures it out. I'm still not convinced they'll deliver my TV--they've stopped shipments in the past.

I'm sure they're at least breaking even on those vacuums. Most of the cost of those is in the development cost. They do Samsung no good sitting in a warehouse. Also given how long they remained in stock, they must have a ton of them.
