If it hasn't posted w/in about 10 minutes, you're going to have to call to have customer service add it to your account.

I think this is a known issue but if you have tracking for online orders, you won't see the BC in your cart summary but you will still get it after placing the order, similar to the 20z bc wyb $60. Is this still the case? I have tracking for Japonesque and I don't want to buy another item if I don't have to.

Yes. I had tracking for the Axe/Degree sprays in store, then finished the deal (using that tracking) online and got the BC after the order was placed (not shown in cart).

You only earn the $20 online 1 time per account.
I am assuming that you meant Nature's Truth products. If you spend $79.97, you will only earn $20. Rite Aid does not round. You would need to spend at least $80 to earn the second $20.
