does this offer work with any amex card? no; only eligible amex cards can receive this offer
does this offer work with newly issued card? yes; this offer will work with any eligible amex card even if it was newly issued to you by amex; amazon does not issue amex cards.
do you have to have the card linked to your amazon account? yes.
does it matter how long your card has been linked to amazon? no.

I'm unable to add Amex card on Amazon. It gives "Card number is not valid " error. Anybody knows how to enter amex number?

I've seen this deal come up a few times in my feed over the last month. First two times I wasn't eligible, this time 10%, max $10. Better than nought!

I only got 10% max $10 on my account with AMEX Schwab Plat. I think I'll hold off til next one because if I grab this I might not be eligible for a long time.

Doesn't work for me most of the time, says I can get 10% off upto max savings of $10 currently so thumbs up on savings for what I already buy.
