I had been a "bronze" member for a few years until a couple months ago and got free shipping. I got the $10 coupon from time to time so I can get long sleeve shirts or shorts around $20 or below. I can kept the level by spending $200 retail price a year.

A few weeks ago another coupon showed up and I became "adventurer", free shipping for $25+. Now need to spend $400+ for free shipping.

So time to say goodbye to eddiebauer.com, start to by Eddie bauer at Costco.

Didn't understand what you meant when you said from 'bronze to adventurer.' After checking my account, I finally get it. The company basically revamped their rewards system, by changing some key words. It sucks that they are taking away free shipping, except when you spend XX amount. :-/

Edit: Also, check your account for any 'quarterly' rewards. I received a $10 certificate expiring on July 5, 2022. First email was sent on May 16 around 7am with headline "Enjoy Your $10 Reward, You Earned It!" It also stated that if you "Redeem it by June 13 & receive an extra $10 gift by June 22". So be sure to check any other emails after May 16.

I still get those $10 certificates. But I need to spend $25 or more for a shirt instead of $10 to $15. I am not as motivated now.
