As long as it uses boost, they should all feel cloud like. Just need to find which style one likes beyond that.

Not an expert, but seems like the 21s have more boost (on top of the aesthetic difference, which btw, is a deal breaker for me).

Those are completely different shoes. You are asking for a comparison between running and basketball shoes. My Utraboosts are amazing and much more comfortable but I would not wear them for basketball. They do not have the lateral support needed for court action. However, the Ultraboosts are excellent for running or as a workout shoe (if you aren't doing P90 or an aggressive boot camp). $81 is a solid deal. Look up reviews on YT for more opinions and analysis. There is a ton of content related to this shoe.

If it wasn't obvious (I had to look it up), these are for cold weather. They're insulated, hence the "cold" title.

Really like the UB 21, also water repellent so good rainy day shoe… those Labs are ugly though, I assume the tumor is for insulation but not my style
