It's a budget brand. I've bought some stuff. Works fine. Anker used to fill that niche but now their stuff is overpriced and under powered.

A lot of people here say that they don't stand behind their warranty. That being said, I've bought a number of cables and a few other things like ethernet adapters, and everything still works great. Quality definitely seems better for what I would have expected at the prices paid.

After getting the UGreen drive housings that won't allow me to access my drives at USB 3 speeds despite being USB 3 housings (USB 2.0 works) I really don't stand behind or recommend them. I can't convince myself to buy stuff like this from them.
