- The battle system expands as you play more. It combines ATB with QTE. Units can transform, and one off-field unit can assist the team at times.
- The setup is mysterious, as the characters have all lost their memory. Your job is to help them reclaim their memories, which helps shift the environment and advance the story.
- This is primarily slice-of-life with fantasy elements. You're not saving the world or anything epic, so if you don't care for character-centric endeavors, this probably won't be up your alley.
- There are aspects of crafting, and side quests help you unlock skills.
Overall, the game is what I'd call a "relaxing JRPG." It serves a niche, and if you're in that niche and know what you're getting into, then it's a good experience. If you're expecting it to be something it's not, or more than it is, it might not seem fun.Join The Conversation
