Mine just arrived with a DCB112 (2.0 Amp) charger which is half as powerful as the DCB115 (4.0 Amp) listed and will take twice as long to charge any given battery.
Anyone else's vibrate like crazy? I'm not super experienced but it seems like everything is shaking when I use mine almost as if things need to be tightened but they don't. Think mine is a different model but still

.
Most have some vibration, but not excessive that I suppose is subjective.
Mine is an older DCST920 now in it's 4th season with no issues. I was going to replace the spool head, but if I only load it with about 15 ft of string, no problems so far.

Mine has vibration once one of the strings is cut or shorter than the other side. I just release more string and it works fine

Usually when a weed eater vibrates excessive it's usually a string problem maybe one could be longer than the other side or may be not wrapped properly you need to check all that hopefully this helps. If there's anything else other than that it might be more of a serious problem were you need to return it
If it's the same version as the 925 I got 2 years ago, plan on buying another head. The one that came with didn't feed correctly and was impossible to load

About 20 minutes at high speed
Really, only 20 min on the 4ah battery?
I'm currently getting about 30 on my black and decker with a small 1.5ah
No need for an edger if you have a string trimmer.
