For Customers with Apple devices: Total Wireless will automatically unlock the device when it becomes eligible for unlocking. For all Apple devices activated with Total Wireless prior to November 23, 2021, the device will be automatically unlocked after twelve (12) months of active Total Wireless Service. For Apple devices activated with new Total Wireless Service on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, the device will be automatically unlocked sixty (60) days after activation in the absence of an indication of fraud.

I bought a reconditioned iPhone XR last time. After real 2 months service, it is still locked. I also contacted the customer service. They told me that the iPhone is not eligible for 60-days unlock policy. Really upset.

Many of us have unlocked the refurb XR's, keep calling the Unlock Dept number until they unlock it, you got a rep that didn't know what they were doing.

Is it possible that the iPhone is not refurbished? When I got the iPhone, it still has 8 month warranty. And the serial number is not like refurbished format.
