It's on special buy, normally up around $90. Lowest I've seen it in store in quite awhile, also eligible for free shipping. Buying straight from Home Depot, so no issues / questions on LSA.
This is currently $79 at directoolsoutlet (DTO) for factory blemished, which gives an indication how good a deal it is brand new, with free shipping from local HD for $20 less. I know DTO occasionally gets down around the $40 mark but there's still shipping on top, and I can't seem to jump on it in time (and it's been quite awhile).
There are also some discount gift card deals going on - I used Chase Ultimate Rewards for 10% off a HD gift card to make it slicker. Hope this helps someone, I got mine ordered showing delivery by 5/18.

If you don't like their tools, cool, there's a color for everyone - but the brand is the first word in the thread title. Cordless sanders just seem like a weird thing to try trolling folks over.
You can see it doesn't stack up well against other brands in the Project Farm testing:

I couldn't agree more. This thing is so unbalanced and a horrible experience to use. I think the original Porter Cable 330 I have has spoiled me (wish it was cordless!). I love the ridgid line but this and that crappy (handheld) vacuum are the worst tools.

I have the 6in variable speed orbital sander from DTO from the last recon flash sale. It doesn't pull and the variable speed offers great control. Highly recommend!
Agree 100%. I hate this this thing. I've gone back to my corded dewalt also.
