We have one, use it for the little one's daily water bottle at school. It leaks if you hold it upside down and shake (which, of course, she does), but otherwise generally free of leaks. I found it sweats quite a bit though (usually put ice and water in it) which someone might mistake for leaking.

Using this for 1 year now, never had a leak. Can't recall the price I got it for but this "sale" price sounds about right
