I have one with a speed of 3600 (the PS5 reads it at 3400) and there is no difference at all. The only reason to get something as fast as what you mentioned would be for future-proofing, which is fine, but until games start actually taking advantage of that speed, it's just sitting there and it's a waste of money.
This is actually a good deal, as far as 2TB goes. This is a much better purchase for PS5 than what you're talking about.

Also, do you really care if you can read off the entire content of the 2TB drive in 4 mins vs 6 mins? The 4K random read/write specs of the Sabrent drive is more than competitive with a Samsung 980 Pro.
You get absolutely no extra speed from faster SSDs in a PS5, because the games aren't using it. It does not matter what the PS5 is capable of. Do you know anything at all about how games work?
It's similar to why most PS4 games still run at 30fps on the PS5, when the PS5 is obviously powerful enough to run all of them at 60fps. The games haven't been patched to run at 60fps. More hardware speed/power does not just automatically mean better performance for the games. It's ok not to understand how SSDs work, but don't act like you do.

Oops. What you quoted is 100% correct, which is why instead of disputing it, you rebutted it with an opinion about something abstract. There is no advantage now - or for the foreseeable future - of having a bleeding edge SSD. I'd also love to claim my WD Black is somehow faster than whatever SSD Shake-N-Bake is using, but our experiences are probably identical. Fantasy is fun, but there is no escape from reality.
Also, *you're.
This is comically incorrect. There's already a ton of comparisons with drives and the difference is somewhere between jack and s*** in real world load times.
