Nope on wine. 6 can.
This is better than nothing but if you have room get a real mini fridge as thing will be much cooler. Own both before. This is good for your office cube if you want to hide something to keep things just same temp or slightly cooler.

Pretty sure this will not hold a bottle of wine.

This fridge will not hold a bottle of wine. It can only hold two 16.9 oz bottles of water if you tilt them.
It's quiet compared to a full size fridge but it is not quiet. It's about as loud as a gaming laptop with the fans on high or an aquarium pump.
It comes with a car adapter but I don't think it will get cold in a car during the summer.

Remember this is not a "real" refrigerator. It uses the thermoelectric effect to create a temperature difference between one side and the other. What this means is, it can only cool about 30 degrees under ambient temperature. This may not be ideal for some applications that require constant low temps.
Also, this type of cooling is not very energy efficient. A small mini-fridge like this consumes about the same electricity as a much larger typical fridge, of around 4 cu ft.
If it's above 100 degrees in a car, I wouldn't want to be drinking milk
I've had my mini fridge going on 2 years now.
I like it, it's quiet and the cans are cold.
Just make sure you clean the vents every few months.

wonder if this would hold up at all outside
It would hold up but not cool the contents as a normal fridge does. If it's 95 degrees outside best you are going to get is around 60 - not really cold enough for drinks.
It means it has its limits. Cannot get as cold as a traditional fridge but will keep your contents cool to some degree. For example, I wouldnt count on it to keep milk cold enough in a very long road trip and it's above 100 degrees in the car.

Would this work for storing milk? Ideally, I would like to keep something like this in my office to store oat milk for drinks. Oat milk can be expensive and I'm tired of storing it in the office's community fridge, haha.
