Also, this type of cooling is not very energy efficient. A small mini-fridge like this consumes about the same electricity as a much larger typical fridge, of around 4 cu ft.
I like it, it's quiet and the cans are cold.
Just make sure you clean the vents every few months.

It would hold up but not cool the contents as a normal fridge does. If it's 95 degrees outside best you are going to get is around 60 - not really cold enough for drinks.

What does this mean
It means it has its limits. Cannot get as cold as a traditional fridge but will keep your contents cool to some degree. For example, I wouldnt count on it to keep milk cold enough in a very long road trip and it's above 100 degrees in the car.
If it's above 100 degrees in a car, I wouldn't want to be drinking milk
