No android tablet worth this much. Only Samsung's Tab series is the default for higher end Androids and perhaps Amazon's Fire for the cheaper options.
the specs on this tablet are nearly identical to the S8+ but like 4 hundred bucks less. Main difference is that Lenovo sucks at software updates and the pen is a little worse than the S8+.

Most of the times you get deals on Samsung so that $400 is just a bit MSRP thingy. And the second part "Software" is where Samsung smashes even Google these days
One problem with this particular tablet is it doesn't have a GPS.
Where exactly did you read this? Also, its a 12.6 inch tablet - why do you need GPS? Are you going to use your phone as a hotspot and use this for navigation?
The most major issue with this tablet is if it will get more than one OS update.
Lenovo/Motorola are notorious for only guaranteeing ONE OS update, even for their flagship phones (see the RAZR/Edge/etc)
They just released android 13 beta for is this week. Previous beta was 12L which has not got the official release yet. Meanwhile the Yoga tab 13 which has nearly the exact same specs as this tablet they totally gave the shaft to...no betas for it at all and they broke a bunch of shit when they upgraded it to android 12
I don't understand the obsession about updates. It is not like the product would not function from lack of updates. IMO, screen quality, speed, stability, battery run time is far more important. In those aspects, this tablet seem to fit my needs. Bought one off Costco.

I look at this being close to a tab s7plus, which u can find used for about $450ish.
I personally like how clean the os is with lenovo android tablets but os longevity worries me.
