i made a bunch of orders a then ended up canceling them. i did actually activate (put the new verizon sim card in) 2 phones. now if i try to order another one i get the following error

Maximum number of allowed activations
Sorry, but we can't proceed to activate this line at this time. This line has reached the maximum number of allowed activations for a given time period per Best Buy's policy.

anyone know what the actual policy is? how many in how long?

When you buy the phone in-store, and "activate it" on T-Mobile, does the service transfers to the new phone/SIM automatically? Because I don't want to. I don't know what this activation done in-store does. I know the phone comes with a SIM...

The back for a note is like$15 on Amazon. Very easy to replace. Hair dryer or heat gun is all you need. Replace back and trade phone in. I did the very thing, so no BS.

FYI. Z Flip 3 isn't showing in BB system to trade in, in-store........They must have changed something today... Anyone else able to trade for $800???

This is what a nice store associate explained to me. During the Trade-In process, they should look under "Other Devices" or "Tablets". That is where the Z Flip 3 is listed in Best Buy's systems and not under Regular Phones.

OK.. This is my spare phone.. So was trying to trade as it does hot have eSIM and S22 has..I guess I will keep and trade for next year with samsung's bloated trade in deals...

You're incredibly slow. Its not showing because your not telling the rep to type FLIP3 AND NOT FLIP 3. One word. Click search. You'll find it.

How are people getting past the activation portion? Can you activate the same line multiple times? I just got the flip 3 by "activating" it on my phone line. They verified phone number and last four digits of my ssm. Then gave me the phone (unopened).
Can I go back tomorrow and activate the same line again when getting the $800 TIV in for the s22 ultra?

Well, she was going thru screens where you pick the phone models not type it in.. Anyway, I guess I'm keepin it.. Even though Flip3 is discounted in BB, its a lot better than base s22 model. So I'm guessing the trade-in for samsung next year would be better..

Yep, exactly what I did. It has yet to use or change my "upgrade available" status on my line.

Mine is max 4 upgrades per line in 4 months. I have 12 lines , so I'm good to go for now.

My order goes through and then gets cancelled minutes later. I tried with my own BB account, my husband's and a brand new one. Whether I pay using credit card, gift cards, or thru Tmobile financing, the orders gets immediately cancelled. Does anyone know of a work around? Trying to upgrade lines that have never done upgrades before (whether thru Best Buy or Tmobile).
