6700XT is about $499
5700G is about $265
1TB M.2 is about $125
16GB Ram about $80
Case is about $80
PSU is about $70
That is roughly $1100 alone.

The ram in this is ddr4 3000, which is not great for ryzen. The keyboard and mouse are etrash. Non modular psu, cheap case, cheap fans, b 450-A mobo, 120mm aio, etc
For the money one could do better fairly easily.

I'm trying to build my first ever PC. I'm a bit hesitant because of the parts and not knowing where things go. I've definitely watched YT videos, but still 😕. I'm trying to build a RIG for WZ. I would like to have a 3070 or 3060ti while playing at 1440p w/ FPS above 120s+ or so..
Any suggestions?

NZXT H1 V2 ($399 everywhere)
5600x CPU ($199 everywhere)
Asus ROG Strix B550-I motherboard ($195 after $25 staples coupon)
G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8GB 3600MHz CL16 ($80) from newegg
WD SN770 1TB Gen4 SSD ($109 on amazon)
I am not sure about 3070 / 3060 ti pricing. RX 6700 XT is now available for $10 or so within MSRP, for a similar level of gaming performance (slightly above 3060 ti; slightly below 3070).
I'd say my end price is similar to these pre-built, but then I get better parts (B550; DDR 3600MHz CL16; Good gen4 SSD), and a great mini-ITX nice looking case.
Lots of good detailed videos on youtube on NZXT H1 builds. My last PC built was 15 years ago so I am going with the NZXT H1 kit this time - which should be easy with the integrated PSU, cooling and cables already routed.

Thank You for the quick response.
If you play WZ, do you think your RIG will get you above 120+ FPS while achieving above average graphics?

A quick search on youtube shows below for 1440p. Again the performance is 3060 ti < 6700 XT < 3070.

It really depends on what GPU is available to you at the time.
AMD has in-stock GPUs at MSRP now:

And you can search on SD for other current deals. I think there is RX 6700 XT for $480-490.
You can search for RTX as well.

At this point in time I also probably go Intel b660 (no need to over spend on a mobo) with a i5 12600k as the game also seems to favor Intel. There is also the possibility of upgrading the cpu to 13th gen down the line.
16gb ddr4 3600 cl 16 is the sweet spot

Thank You so much for the Intel. I definitely appreciate it. I'm coming over from a console so this is all foreign to me. So, I don't need to get a "better" cpu? I just need the better GPU, correct? So, by getting what you said…I can achieve 1440p with FPS @ 120+? (give or take)
Don't do it.
