Look at the time to refill this if it fails. What is it worth to you.
I have to disagree. BX is the only non dram drives out there that don't get pegged or are unreliable. There's many tests done on them and I've used several of them, the controller on them is really good and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between it and a MX drive. But having said that the BX drives money wise only makes sense at the 120-250gb price point of those drives, the 500gb is virtually the same price as an MX500 and it makes no sense to get the BX over an MX if they're the same price.
