It was good, but not worth the full price if you have to pay. $4.99 at my local place. BUT they also had a deal that for $13, you got 2 Mexican Pizzas ($10), 2 Bean Burritos ($4.60), a Nacho Belgrande ($5.80), and 2 Cinnamon twists ($3.60). So buy all of the other stuff ($13.40), and get 2 free Mex Pizzas
Stay away from the Taco Bell app. I have been trying to contact someone since Thursday to get a refund on my app order. There is only a crappy online contact info page in the app and the phone numbers that I have found no one ever answers, after 1 hour it goes to busy. I have even tried contacting them on Twitter through their main account and their support account.

My local taco bell also messed up my app orders the past couple of times I used it. My nearest go-to Taco Bell has steadily gone down hill since the pandemic. The dining room is re-opened but all the signs of the closure is still there, with boxes and stuff still laying around the store and on the counters, all the mess visible to customers. Also the people who work there seem don't know how to service walk-in customers anymore or was never properly trained, it's just a bad experience all around. It's too bad since Taco Bell was my go-to fast food for being close to my house.

Stay away from the Taco Bell app. I have been trying to contact someone since Thursday to get a refund on my app order. I've been using the app since its been available so has to have been a few years by now. I've never had any issues but I did file a complaint about an order and they redirected me to the store. The store manager ended up mailing me a gift card but it DID take a while.
My point being that if the store says they won't refund you that's a lie. All the app does is forward payment to the corresponding store and u finish the transaction there. I recommend contacting the store directly again and dont budge from them being the responsibile party for the refund.
Placed an order for the pizza and a grilled burrito. Went to pick up and they were sold out of pizzas and my burrito wasn't grilled. No refund available at store level- contact .com support - wtf?!

Thanks OP... Unfortunately, the veggie version is the only type that can be redeemed at all of the participating locations in my area. Guess that's better than nothing.

Like another user suggested, contact your credit card company. They can start the dispute process for you and issue a charge-back.

From the picture, it looks like they fill the middle with their meat, but mine was mostly beans.
