Also, I had issues with edu, so I created a new account using an edu email. No id.me was required
For the TV, the local logistics company will typically call you to schedule a time for delivery. You should be able to delay it a bit with them.

Called the rep instead of chat, they told me they won't be able to do a 10% back but a flat 250$ off of my order. Something is better than nothing so I took that option.
Have to call Samsung back once order gets shipped with the ticket # the rep created for me so they can credit my card back 250$
How did everyone get $250 refund??
I am assuming it is 10% off the tab and not the entire order, though some people here seem to think it will be on the entire order. I guess we will see!
